Just Breathe

We all go through it. “It” could be a wide of things and scenarios. When “IT” comes into your life, the best thing to do is a take breath to get your mind right.

With so much going on with respiratory illness and situations where a person’s last words are “I can’t breathe.” Breathe and breathing has been a major topic of discussion lately. Breathing is extremely important, and it’s something we don’t focus on until it’s something we’re struggling to do. which is why it’s getting so much attention now.

Breathing can be very useful in battling depression, anxiety, and stress. Deep breathes trigger the brain to stop feeling fear and anxiety. The biggest component to meditation is breathing. Breathing is more than an involuntary function to keep your body functioning correctly and keeping you alive. It actually can help you to live a better life. there’s so much more to it that I will discuss in the future, but for now JUST BREATHE and appreciate every breath you take.
