Most people heard the saying “it is what it is.” Most people say that when outcomes do not be what they want. it is usually a statement made in response to feeling defeated. Being “defeated’‘ is a mindset and we have the power to change it at anytime. We just choose to stay in that mindset without even realizing it.
Things happen in life we don’t like or want. it is our reaction that determines what comes next. so instead of just being like “it is what it is” We need to realize that comes from us not liking what is happening or what has happened, and say, “what can I do to rectify the situation or get the outcome I want. A simple shift in thought can get us to where we want to be.
